What's to prevent someone from doing that with randomly generated numbers or going into a store and writing down sim card numbers to block them and cause trouble. If it doesnt turn up tomorrow morning then a restore will definitely be considered though. There's just no way that you can prove that you are entitled to have the sim card number blocked unless it attached to your account. You'll probably say why would someone do something like this just to be cause trouble. If you do sell the sim cards online and the person pays with paypal and then claims they never got it, you are out the money. But really, there's just no reason to even sell these items as the price is already so low. you're looking at a few dollars for shipping/supplies and paypal fees alone and there's no way that someone is going to pay you more than the $10 that stores are already charging.
